Shipping policy

 

Our e-shop processes orders from Paris, France, on weekdays (Monday through Friday), excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day.

For all items (with the exception of those listed in the "Made to Order" section), it will take 1-3 business days to prepare your order from the moment you place it. Shipping will take 3-4 days for European orders and 4-5 days for international orders.

For purchases in the "Made to Order" section, please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery. Delivery time may vary depending on the volume of orders, as each piece is meticulously handcrafted by a dedicated seamstress.
