Refund policy

If you find yourself dissatisfied with your purchase, you have the option to exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 business days from the date of receiving the item. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

The cost of return shipping will be borne by you.

To initiate a return, kindly send an email to hello@lorangeriedisabella.com. Our customer service department will receive your request and reach out to you with a confirmation email. In your email, please provide your order number, email address, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return. You will then have the choice between two types of compensation: store credit or size exchange.

It is also possible to send us back the product in order to ask for an adjustment. In this case, the shipping fees back and forth will also be at your charge.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Please be aware that items purchased from the "Made to Order" section or with any sales discount are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
